As you know, on March 14, at the height of the protests, the
unions present in the Intercentros Committee were summoned to accept or
reject the mediator's proposal. Previously, on the 12th, the
company had been pressuring unions to sign it and the CNT and the CESHA took
the decision to hold strikes on the 25-27 of March to have the possibility to
continue to pressure the company, fiven that it seems barbaric to us to cut
the staff by 3,141 people and to make abusive cuts for the remaining staff.
Not to mention that, in our opinion, this phase is only one more in the
strategy og IAF to dismantle Iberia, leaving only one company as leader of
the group.
Lamentably, a good part of the unions summoned signed. CESHA and
CNT decided to maintain the protests and to see if any unions did not sign
and would join or those who were not called because they were not in the
Intercentros Committee, like the workers of the different workplaces and
delegations.
We have seen that, for different reasons (interests, fear, impotence),
that the signing of the agreement and the campaign that the signatories have
carried out, has deactivated the opposition movement in a very important way.
They have missed a unique and historic occasion to stop an agression of
historic scale with the unity and strength of all the unions, all the workers
and collectives of Iberia.
In these circumstances, CNT and CESHA concluded that it is best
to call off these days of strike. However, we continue believing that it was
a grave error to sign this agreement and to continue to degrade our working
conditions and cut workplaces. We will try to rebuild the movement, capable
of facing new agressions and layoffs. We must not let our guard down and
recover the maximum unity.

A TODOS LOS TRABAJADORES/AS DE IBERIA
Como sabéis, el 14 de
marzo, en plena efervescencia de las movilizaciones, los sindicatos presentes
en el Comité Intercentros fueron citados para aceptar o no la propuesta del
mediador. Previamente, el día 12, la empresa ya se había apresurado a
firmarla y desde la CNT y el CESHA se tomó la decisión de convocar huelgas
para los días 25, 26 y 27 de marzo para tener abierta la posibilidad de
seguir presionando, dado que nos parecía una barbaridad firmar una reducción
de plantilla de 3.141 empleados y rebajas abusivas para el resto. Sin contar
que, en nuestra opinión, esta fase solo es una más en la estrategia de IAG
para desmantelar Iberia, dejando una sola compañía líder del grupo.
Lamentablemente, gran
parte de los sindicatos citados firmaron. CESHA y CNT, decidimos mantener las
convocatorias hasta conocer las posibles adhesiones de los sindicatos que no
quisieron firmar y de los que no fueron llamados por no estar en el C.I., así
como de los trabajadores/as de los distintos Centros de Trabajo y de las
Delegaciones.
Hemos visto que, por
diferentes motivos (interés, miedo, impotencia), la firma y la campaña que
los firmantes han hecho, ha desactivado de manera muy importante el
movimiento de contestación. Han desaprovechado una ocasión única e histórica,
con la unión y la fuerza de todos los sindicatos, todos los trabajadores y
todos los colectivos de Iberia, para parar una agresión igualmente histórica.
En estas
circunstancias, CNT y CESHA hemos concluido que es mejor desconvocar estos
días de huelga. Sin embargo, seguimos creyendo que ha sido un grave error la
firma del acuerdo y que seguirán intentando degradar nuestros condiciones y
puestos de trabajo, por lo que trataremos de ayudar a recomponer un
movimiento vivo y capaz de hacer frente a nuevas agresiones y despidos. Es
preciso no bajar la guardia y recuperar la máxima unidad.

"Иберия"
Как известно, 14 марта, в самый разгар выступлений, профсоюзы,
представленные в Комитете, должны были заявить о принятии предложения
посредника или несогласии с ним.
До этого, 12 марта фирма уже поспешила подписать его. CNT и
CESHA приняли решение назначить на 25, 26 и 27 марта проведение забастовок,
чтобы сохранить возможность продолжать давление, поскольку мы сочли
варварством подписываться под сокращением трудового персонала на 3141
человека и тяжелым снижением зарплаты для остальных. Не говоря уже о том,
что, с нашей точки зрения, это лишь еще один шаг в стратегии компании IAG по
демонтажу "Иберии", чтобы остаться единственной лидирующей фирмой в
группе.
К сожалению, большая часть запрошенных профсоюзов подписала это
соглашение. CESHA и CNT решили не отказываться от забастовки, чтобы выяснить
возможность присоединения к ней тех профсоюзов, которые не захотят
подписывать соглашение или которые не запрошены, поскольку они не участвуют в
Комитете, а также ожидая реакции со стороны работников на рабочих местах и их
делегаций.
Нам пришлось убедиться, что, используя различные мотивы
(заинтересованности, страха, бессилия) фирма и организованная подписавшими
профсоюзами кампания сумели сбить активность движения протеста. Была упущена
уникальная и историческая возможность, путем союза и мощи всех профсоюзов,
всех трудящихся и всех коллективов "Иберии" отразить столь же
историческое наступление на наши права.
В таких условиях CNT и CESHA вынуждены были придти к выводу, что
забастовку в эти дни придется отменить. Тем не менее, мы по-прежнему считаем,
что подписание соглашения было тяжелейшей ошибкой и наступление на условия
нашего труда и наши рабочие места продолжится. Поэтому мы постараемся помочь
восстановить живое движение, способное противостоять новым агрессиям и
увольнениям. Важно не терять бдительность и добиться максимального
единства.
